Justice has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Specifically, he has extensive knowledge of bidding and managing numerous residential, commercial, and municipal projects—with a focus on supporting the public utility market. His expertise makes him uniquely qualified to oversee all areas of our Service Operations, and he is passionate about delivering on HPS’s commitment to developing the best plumbers in the industry while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.
